Speculative Fiction Comics for Teens
For kids who think about adventures and quests, we’ll be making short comics that are big on imagination. What’s your typical day as a space traveler look like? How did we get stuck in a time loop? How are we handling that kaiju battle / zombie apocalypse / wizard school test? Once we make our stories, how do we share them with others? We’ll tackle all these big questions, and level up our storytelling skills during this week of camp.
We'll draw on paper in class to tell our stories to the best of our abilities. You do NOT need to be a spectacular artist! If you can draw a stick man, you can tell a story in comics! We will be focused on telling stories visually through pictures, but all levels of artists are welcome.
